Learning the bagpipe is a journey of tradition and discipline. All students start on a practice chanter to master the fundamentals before moving to the full pipes.
Phase 1: The Chanter (6–18 Months)
Master the fingerwork for an initial investment of approx. $100.
Phase 2: Full Bagpipes (4–12 Months)
Transition to the full pipes (approx. $1,000+) to build the stamina and coordination needed to march with the band.
